Refund Policy

All purchases made through Web Astra are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our transactions.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at the email address listed on our Contact page. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds for renewal charges are generally not provided, except where required by applicable law.
